Workshops and events
Book into ou fun new Op Shop Tours supported by Bendigo Bank Community Bank - Clifton Hill/Fitzroy North AND/OR our really handy Repair/Maintenance Workshops - for Sewing Machines, Overlockers and Clothes Mending, supported by Yarra City Council Climate Emergency funding.
Monday 11.30am-1pm. Cook up a storm using seasonal ingredients and then sit down for lunch. Free, but you MUST book as places are limited.
Lunch, followed by a creative arts activity. Book in weekly for $15 or for the term (6 weeks) $75.
Keen to eat a weekly dinner with others (one that you don’t have to cook)? Join the Thursday Supper Club running from 5-6.30pm. $5 weekly, book in for the term (8 weeks). Note, you will have to help set up, serve and/or pack up - just like at home!
Interested in learning and sharing skills with other creative folk? Join Alphington Arts, Thursday evenings at 7.30pm, twice per term - to enjoy making, chatting and sharing. $45 per semester or $30 for the term. Each session will be led by a participant who will share a creative skill. The group will be coordinated through WhatsApp. Click on the link for dates and payment.

To join Community Yoga or Line Dancing, sign up using the link above and pay weekly as you attend. Our Active Adults exercise class costs $120 for the 8 weeks. Click on the links for further details and payment.

To join in Ukulele enrol for the year by clicking on the button above and then pay $5 weekly. To join the Alphingtones Choir or learn violin or guitar, you need to email or call the teacher/group. Contact details are provided below.

FAMILY THINGS
Alphington Playgroup runs from 10am-12pm on Wednesdays. Enrol using the button below and then pay $5 weekly as you go, or you can pay by the term in the office.
Did you know we also have a Toy Library that you can join? Book them online and collect on Tuesday afternoons or on Wednesdays whilst playgroup is on. So handy!
Access All Abilities Programs
We run AAA Arts on Friday afternoons and AAA Bowls on Wednesday mornings - for anyone needing extra support to do the things they love. Please email us here to find out more and/or reserve your spot.
Book Clubs
Our book clubs start in February (come along then to collect your first book) and end in December. You’ll ready 10 books a year. The book sets are provided by Darebin Libraries.
